The agreement is encompassed within the framework of collaboration with the Territorial Delegation of the Ministry of Employment, Business, and Autonomous Work of Málaga of the Andalusian Regional Government, according to the Grant Order of July 7, 2021. This order approved the regulatory framework for competitive subsidy grants aimed at promoting commercial and artisanal associationism, promoting and revitalizing small urban commerce, and supporting Andalusian craftsmanship. On December 30, 2022, the resolution for this 2023 subsidy was published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA).
